Sri Ma Yoga School, Australia is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, USA & Yoga Australia, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows their higher standards of delivering TTCs. Students who complete an approved training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) & with Yoga Australia.
Transformational Yoga is an integral approach to physical health, emotional balance, and mental and spiritual clarity founded by Sri Swami Vidyanand, a renowned yoga master. This is a well practiced teaching method that allows for progressive, individualized instructions which helps you to enhance gradually your overall fitness, flexibility, stamina & capacity.
Sri Ma Yoga School Australia is connected with its parent school in India. It is founded by spiritual master Sri Swami Vidyanandji, a renowned Yoga Master who invented the revolutionary Transformational Integral Hatha Yoga Series. Sri Swami Vidyanand is the founder of Sri Ma International School of Transformational Yoga. He says: “Transformational Yoga is a means to relax, clean and awaken all seven Chakras through Yogasana, Pranayama and Mantra.” Our school aims to incorporates his teachings in every yoga course that we organize.
