Catherine Stark

Namaste! I am Catherine Stark, qualified Yoga Instructor, specialising in Children and Family yoga. Over 15 years I have taught all age groups. I have learnt over the years that the self nurturing practise of yoga builds self worth and confidence. As we slow the breath, and listen to our bodies and minds, all of us can navigate the challenges of life with awareness and find stillness and peace.
My experience has been teaching for Angel Yoga 4 Kids whom I trained with, Yogababy and Relax Yoga. I presently teach family yoga, kindy yoga, holiday yoga at MOVE BREATHE CALM, and private tuition.
I love a sense of community and building connections that are uplifting for our spirits. A yoga community that can build on each others strengths is my utmost value. Veena has been my teacher for the past three years and I have grown so much from her teaching. Look forward to teaching you the fun and the calm of yoga.
