100/200/350/500 hours Teacher's Training Course (TTC)

Introduction
"Patanjali Sutra 1.1 atha yoga anushasanam
Now, after having done prior preparation through life and other practices, the study and practice of Yoga begins."

Yoga system has two crucial & vital aspects of the training:
i. Yoga knowledge & philosophy (yoga darshan), and
i. yoga skills (yoga abhayasa).

These courses combines both aspects of the system.

Who should attend?
Basically anyone & everyone, this is what we believe in. However if you are in any of the following stage in your life, this is the first step for you:
  • You have been practicing the system of yoga but now you would like to understand it systematically step-by-step so that you can deepen your own yoga practice & knowledge to be able apply in daily life; or
  • You would like to start your journey as a YOGA TEACHER but nor sure and like to try first; or
  • You have a persisting issue with your body & now you would like to understand from yoga point of view to manage it properly.
The strain of modern life can lead to physical pain and illness, as we neglect our bodies in the race for material success. The stress of modern life can also lead to mental suffering: feeling of inadequacy, isolation, or powerlessness. Yoga helps to integrate the mental and the physical plane, bringing about a sense of inner and outer balance – alignment.  The true alignment, means that the inner reaches very cell and fibre of the body.

At our school, we are committed to spread this ageless & timeless science of yoga in 21st century as it was taught & practiced during classical times. Our effort is to bring all aspects of yoga (not just asana practice) and systematically take you in the journey of yoga practice.

Prerequisite
If you are enrolling in 100 Hours course, there is no prerequisite. None! All are welcome - whether you are completely new to the practice of Yoga or have been doing it for some time and now you would like to understand yoga techniques and meanings.

This course is also suitable for all who would like to deepen the understanding & practice of asana & pranayama.

Course Design
All TTCs programs are designed in a Modular Learning Mode (MLM). So what does it mean?

It means that you can first enroll in 100 hrs and then keep upgrading to 200/350/500 as you progress. That way you will keep adding the remaining hours of the next course and continue until 500 Hrs TTC.

All TTC are designed as follows:
  • After the completion of Semester 1 you are awarded 100 Hrs TTC certificate. At the time of registration, you pay only 100 Hrs course fees.
  • If you like to continue with the semester 2, then you are awarded 200 hrs TTC certificate and you pay the difference of 200 Hrs TTC course fees.
  • If you would like to continue further with semester 3, you are awarded 350 Hrs TTC certificate and you pay the difference of 350 Hrs TTC course fees.
  • Finally if you decide to continue with semester 4, you are awarded 500 Hrs TTC certificate and you pay the difference of 500 Hrs TTC course fees.

Example: Once you enroll into 100 hrs TTC and have paid $1500 for it. After completion of 100 hrs, you decide that you would like to upgrade to 200 hrs, then you simply add 100 more hours toward the 200 hrs TTC and you just pay the difference of course fees which in this case will  be $1800 only and so on.

What if I have already completed 200 Hrs or 350 Hrs from other yoga school.

Scenario I: Provided that the school is a registered either with Yoga Australia or Yoga Alliance USA and if you have completed 200 hrs, you can enroll directly into 350 hrs TT C and if you have completed 350 hrs, you can enroll directly into 500 Hrs TTC.

Scenario II: Provided that the school is not registered either with Yoga Australia or Yoga Alliance USA and if you have completed the 200 hrs or 350 hrs, you can still enroll into 350/500 hrs with a proper RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process on an individual basis.
