About Chetna Sheth
For Chetna Sheth, cooking has always been second nature — truly part of her DNA. Raised in a family of expert cooks, she absorbed the traditions of preparing Indian dishes that were always balanced in flavour, nutrition, and love.
The wisdom of Ayurveda deeply inspires her, shaping her philosophy of food as medicine. Her meals are designed to be nourishing, delicious, and most importantly, kind to the digestion. Driven by a passion not only for cooking but for feeding others, she began leading cooking workshops more than two decades ago, creating spaces where people could learn, connect, and share in the joy of wholesome food.
Today, Chetna continues to share this knowledge through interactive Ayurvedic cooking workshops. In her classes, participants not only learn how to prepare delicious sattvic meals but also gain an understanding of the Ayurvedic principles behind them — from balancing the doshas to the art of mindful use of spices. Her goal is to make Ayurvedic cooking accessible, practical, and deeply rewarding, empowering individuals and families to bring balance and vitality into their daily meals.
