🗓 Weekly Class Schedule:
  1. Monday: 9:15 - 10:30 AM (Pilates)
  2. Wednesday: 9:15 – 10:30 AM (Yoga)
  3. Wednesday: 5:15 - 6:30 PM (Yoga)
  4. Friday: 9:15 – 10:30 AM (Yoga)
  5. Friday: 12 - 1:15 PM (Pilates)
  6. Saturday: 8:00– 9:30 AM (Yoga)

About the Pilates Classes
