The following classes are lovingly guided by our Lead Master Teacher, Veenaji, bringing depth, experience, and care to each session.

1. Class Title: Mindful Integrated Flow (Strength · Mobility · Breath · Balance · Relaxation)

Days: Monday from 9:30 - 10:45 AM; Friday from 11:00 - 12:15 PM
Class Fees: $25/class
Class Delivery: Regular, on-going
Class Description:  A progressive movement program designed to nourish the body, mind, and nervous system.
Each class thoughtfully integrates:
  • Yoga – mobility, flexibility, alignment & embodied awareness
  • Pilates – deep core strength, posture & spinal support
  • Functional Training – real-life strength, stability & resilience
  • Breathwork – nervous system regulation & vitality
  • Relaxation – rest, recovery & deep integration
2. Class Title: Complete Yoga Flow: Asana, Prāṇāyāma & Yogic Relaxation
“Release the week. Reset your body. Step into the weekend feeling calm and strong.” 
Day: Saturday
Time: 8:00 - 9:30 AM
Class Fees: $25/class
Class Delivery: Regular, on-going​
Class Description: 
Join us for a balanced, holistic yoga journey that seamlessly weaves physical asana practice, conscious prāṇāyāma (breath regulation), and profound yogic relaxation (Yoga Nidrā)—delivered in a teacher training style with clear instructional cues and foundational insights.
This all-levels class doubles as asana foundation training, ideal for teacher trainees building precise alignment, breath-body synchronisation, and teaching confidence alongside general students seeking strength and calm. 
Class Flow:
  • Begin with gentle prāṇāyāma to awaken awareness, settle the nervous system, and practice cuing breath for students.
  • ​Flow through a dynamic yet accessible classical hatha yoga sequence—detailed with alignment principles, drishti focus, and modifications—to build flexibility, balance, core stability, and mindful presence.
  • Close with extended Yoga Nidrā, guiding deep restoration, tension release, and inner stillness while exploring relaxation techniques for class leadership.
Expect to leave feeling centred, energised, and deeply nourished—body, breath, and spirit aligned. Perfect for teacher trainees refining their foundation and students seeking complete practice in one nourishing session.

The following classes are guided by our in-house Physiotherapist, Ruchika, and are offered twice annually.
Each intake runs over a 10–12 week progressive program, allowing time for safe, steady improvement.

1. Class Title: Mat Pilates - Move, Stretch and Release
Day: Tuesday
Time: 9:15 - 10:15 AM 
Class Fees: $25/class; 10% off if paid for 11 classes
Start Date: 10th March 2026 
End Date: 19th May 2026 (Total 11 classes)
Class Description: Join our 11-Week “Move, Stretch & Release” Mat Challenge!Transform your body, mind, and movement with a fun-paced, full-body mat class designed to improve health, fitness, and overall wellbeing.
In this 11-week challenge, you will:
✅ Improve general health and fitness
✅ Find long-term solutions for injuries
✅ Experience relief from and prevent chronic pain
✅ Enhance joint mobility, flexibility, and core strength
✅ Create balance and stability in your body
✅ Learn to breathe properly and efficiently
✅ Enjoy movement as a fun, energizing practice—not just a chore
Mat work primarily uses your body weight as resistance, and in our classes, we also incorporate small apparatus such as light weights and Therabands to add variety and an extra challenge.
Each session focuses on spinal mobility, muscle lengthening, balance, and breath awareness, leaving you stronger, more flexible, and revitalized.

​2. Class Title: Restorative/Rehab Yoga
Day: Wednesday
Time: 9:15 - 10:15 AM 
Class Fees: $25/class; 10% off if paid for 12 classes upfront
Start Date: 4th March 2026
End Date: 20th May 2026
Class Description: Rehab Yoga offers gentle, therapeutic yoga tailored for injury recovery, chronic pain management, post-surgery rehabilitation, arthritis, osteoporosis, and seniors seeking sustainable mobility and strength. Classes feature modified asanas, chair-supported flows, mindful Pilates elements, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), and restorative poses to rebuild joint stability, core function, and nervous system balance without strain. Benefits include pain reduction, improved flexibility/balance, stress relief, and confidence in daily movement​

4. Class Title: Mat Pilates - Move, Stretch and Release
Day: Thursday
Time: 9:15 - 10:15 AM

These classes are intelligently integrated movement class combining the best principles of Yoga, Pilates, and Personal training to support strength, mobility, alignment, and nervous system balance.

Rooted in yogic practices, the class cultivates breath awareness, mindful movement, joint mobility, and flexibility. Pilates-based principles enhance deep core engagement, postural support, spinal stability, and precision of movement. Carefully applied personal training elements introduce functional strength, muscular endurance, and safe progressive loading to improve daily movement patterns and long-term physical resilience.

Each session is thoughtfully sequenced to move between mobility, strength, balance, and relaxation—supporting joint health, core integrity, coordination, and body awareness. Variations and progressions are offered, making the class accessible yet effective for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

This is a balanced, sustainable practice designed to help you feel strong, mobile, centred, and deeply connected—both on and off the mat.

🌸 Women-Focused
Designed specifically with women’s bodies in mind, these classes supports core strength, pelvic stability, joint health, posture, and hormonal balance through an integrated approach to movement.

By blending yoga’s breath-led flow, Pilates-based core work, and functional strength training, the class helps build confidence, body awareness, and resilience. Movements are mindful, controlled, and adaptable—supporting women through different life stages, including peri-menopause and beyond.

The classes are ideal for those looking to maintain strength, mobility, balance, and independence as they age.
With a strong focus on joint-friendly movement, spinal health, balance training, and functional strength, the class helps support bone density, posture, and coordination. Yoga-based mobility and breathwork calm the nervous system, while Pilates principles strengthen the core and stabilising muscles essential for everyday movement.
