Our Mission – Empowering Women 40+ Through Yoga, Mat Pilates & Functional TrainingAt Sri Ma Yoga School in Brisbane, our mission is to support women 40+ in building strength, restoring mobility, and improving long-term wellbeing through intelligent, safe, and sustainable movement practices.
