Objective
The guiding principle of Sri Ma Yoga School is rooted in the true essence of Yoga — meaning union. Not a joining of what was separate, but a remembrance and integration of the parts of ourselves that were never truly divided.
Our school offers a holistic and integral approach to support this inner union, addressing:
The three core dimensions of our human experience — body, mind, and soul;
The purification and activation of the seven chakras, our energy centers; and
The awakening and harmonizing of the five pranic bodies (pancha koshas) that form our subtle system.

Transformation Yoga

Transformation Yoga is a revolutionary form of Integral Yoga that combines four powerful foundational practices — Yogasanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Sound Vibrations (humming), and Concentration (meditation). Practiced simultaneously and with intentional variation in intensity and duration, these techniques work in harmony to deliver deep detoxification and targeted results — from weight loss and enhanced focus to profound healing.
