Ruchika Singh – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Ruchika is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive experience working in private practices across Queensland and New South Wales. Her clinical background is supported by additional training in Clinical Pilates and Strength and Conditioning, allowing her to bridge evidence-based physiotherapy with mindful, integrated movement.
Through ongoing professional development across a wide range of physiotherapy conditions, Ruchika has developed a strong interest in chronic pain, strength and flexibility, and supporting people to reconnect with their bodies in a safe, empowering way. Her work focuses on not only reducing pain, but restoring confidence, function, and ease of movement—guiding clients back to life, activity, and fitness.
Aligned with the philosophy of Sri Ma Yoga School, Ruchika believes in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. Every session is approached with care and presence, recognising that each individual’s body, history, and goals are unique. Treatment plans are thoughtfully tailored to support long-term wellbeing, resilience, and conscious movement—rather than quick fixes.
Ruchika is passionate about helping people move with greater awareness, strength, and trust in their bodies, supporting healing that is both functional and holistic.
