100/200/500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC)

“Patanjali’s Sutra 1.1: Atha Yoga Anushasanam
Now, after having done prior preparation through life and other practices, the study and practice of Yoga begins.”
At Sri Ma Yoga School, we honour this timeless teaching by offering courses that combine the two essential dimensions of yoga training:
A. Yoga Knowledge & Philosophy (Yoga Darshan)
B. Yoga Skills & Practice (Yoga Abhyasa)
Our programs integrate these aspects to guide you into a balanced and holistic understanding of yoga — as a way of life, not just a physical discipline.
Who Should Attend?
We believe Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience.
This course is especially suited for you if:
You’ve been practicing yoga and now seek a structured, step-by-step approach to deepen your understanding and apply it meaningfully in daily life.
You are curious about becoming a yoga teacher, but want to explore and experience the path before fully committing.
You are navigating a physical or emotional challenge and would like to explore how yoga can support your healing and realignment — from body to mind, and from mind to spirit.
Modern life often disconnects us from our bodies and ourselves. Yoga helps restore that connection — cultivating physical health, emotional resilience, and spiritual clarity. True alignment touches every cell and fibre of your being.
Our CommitmentWe are dedicated to sharing the ageless and authentic teachings of classical yoga — as it was taught by the ancient masters — in a way that resonates with the modern world.
Our approach is comprehensive and systematic, offering much more than just asana practice, and guiding you on a true journey into yoga.

Course Design
Modular Learning System (MLS) – Flexible Pathway to 500-Hour CertificationAll Teacher Training Courses (TTCs) at Sri Ma Yoga School are designed using a Modular Learning System (MLS). This means you begin with a 100-Hour TTC, and then upgrade progressively toward 200-Hour and 500-Hour TTC certifications. With each step, you only pay the difference in course fees, making it a flexible and affordable pathway.
How It Works:
Start with 100-Hour TTC (Semester 1)
Pay only for the 100-Hour TTC at the time of registration.
Upon completion, you receive a 100-Hour TTC Certificate.
Upgrade to 200-Hour TTC (Semester 2)
Add the next 100 hours.
Pay only the fee difference between 100 and 200 hours.
Receive a 200-Hour TTC Certificate.
Upgrade to 500-Hour TTC (Semester 3 & 4)
Add the remaining hours to reach 500 hours total.
Pay the remaining difference in course fees.
Receive a 500-Hour TTC Certificate.
Example:
If the 100-Hour TTC fee is $1500, and the full 200-Hour TTC fee is $3000, you pay $1500 now, and another $1500 only when you decide to continue. This system continues similarly toward the 500-Hour TTC.
Already Completed 200 Hours Elsewhere? We welcome students who have completed training with other schools.
Scenario I:
If your previous 200-Hour TTC was from a Yoga Alliance-registered school, you may enrol directly into our 500-Hour TTC.
Scenario II:
If your school was not Yoga Alliance-registered, you may still apply for the 500-Hour TTC through our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Eligibility will be assessed on an individual basis.
