🌿 Introduction
- Yoga Nidra, derived from the tantras, is a powerful practice of conscious relaxation. Unlike ordinary sleep, Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, where you remain aware as the body rests deeply.
- Also known as psychic sleep, this state between waking and sleeping allows access to the subconscious and unconscious mind—unlocking deep healing, clarity, and transformation.
- As Swami Satyananda Saraswati beautifully explains: “Yoga Nidra means sleep after throwing off the burdens… It is of a blissful, higher quality altogether… Bliss relaxes the Atma, the inner self. That is why, in Tantra, Yoga Nidra is the doorway to Samadhi.”

- Part-time: 5 weekly sessions (one day/week) in-person of 4-5 hours plus 10 hrs of self-study
- Full-time: 5 consecutive days in-person × 4 hours plus 10 hrs of self-study
- Weekend: 2 consecutive weekends (Sat & Sun), 8am – 12pm plus 10 hrs of self-study
