Unlike regular classes, each 120-minute session allows time to truly workshop poses—exploring alignment, breath integration, and intelligent modifications suited to your body.
Progressive Learning
Every Saturday focuses on a specific āsana family—backbends, balances, inversions, or hip openers—including foundational preparation, skill-building, and peak postures.
Personalised Guidance
Small-group learning ensures individual attention and hands-on adjustments from Veena Merz (E-RYT 500), supporting safe and effective refinement of technique.
Balanced Practice
Sessions flow from dynamic movement to targeted āsana work, followed by restorative postures and an extended Śavāsana for deep integration.
